HumanBeyondDoubt™ is run by Alex Wheelis, doing business as HumanBeyondDoubt. HumanBeyondDoubt LLC is pending formation in Pennsylvania and will take over these Terms once formed.

Free pilot

During the pilot, reviews and Pre-2023 Publication Records are free. We're taking a small number of books and may close submissions at any time. If we start charging later, it won't apply to anything submitted during the pilot, and we'll post new terms first.

Your evidence

You confirm your evidence is genuine, that no children appear in recordings, and that everyone shown agreed to be recorded. False evidence or attestations let us withdraw a seal or record.

Mailed originals (coming soon)

When mailing opens, ship tracked and insured. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to $500 per package.

Seals

A seal is our reviewers' judgment on the evidence submitted, not a guarantee. The HumanBeyondDoubt name and fingerprint seal are our trademarks™. You may show the seal only for the work it was issued to. Concerns follow the process in the Review Standard, including 14 days to respond and one appeal.

Reports

Reports must be made in good faith. Knowingly false reports violate these Terms.
